Here is the notice from Richard at NDB Media: Dear Friends:
Due to unforseen circumstances beyond our control, NDB Media had to cancel the interview that was to be conducted this evening with Author Robert Wood.  As we all know life is unpredictable.

Jan. 26, 2010: Destination: Moonbase Alpha - The Unofficial and Unauthorised Guide to SPACE: 1999 is now in print!
Jan. 7, 2010: The full cover design has now been released, and can be seen on the top of this page.
Nov. 25, 2009: Prentis Hancock posted on his Facebook page: “From Main Mission: Signals have arrived indicating that Bob Wood's long-awaited volume on SPACE:1999 remains at the publishers. This to allow valuable additions to the formatting and picture sections to be added ...along with an ...index! 'Well worth waiting for' in a recent Main Mission opinion poll!”
Nov. 19, 2009: Destination: Moonbase Alpha - The Unofficial and Unauthorised Guide to SPACE: 1999 has officially been delayed until early 2010. It is tentatively scheduled for April, 2010, although this date may be moved earlier if possible. That’s the bad news. Now for some good news: The book will now include a photo section featuring the fantastic models and spacecraft designed and built for Space: 1999 by Martin Bower! Another bonus that will be included due to the delay of the book is a comprehensive Index, which will allow readers to look up the pages where a specific actor (for example) is mentioned in the book. So, yes, the book has been delayed, but it will be (to borrow a promotional phrase from the series) “Bigger, Better, More Exciting Than Ever!”
Oct. 30, 2009: Destination: Moonbase Alpha - The Unofficial and Unauthorised Guide to SPACE: 1999 is now available for pre-order through FABGearUSA. North American fans who wish to pre-order the book through FABGear can go to: http://fabgearusa.com/destination_moonbase_alpha_book.html
Sept. 8, 2009: Prentis Hancock posted on his Facebook page: Main Mission Transmission: News has come in that Bob Wood's eagerly awaited manuscript regarding Moonbase Alpha has gone awol at the printers! Those from the UK believe this is due to postal delays and strikes, others that it has been sucked into a 'black hole' - yes, like flat-earthers, there are STILL believers in such things ['if it happened in SPACE:1999' then it MUST be true'] - despite Hawking's subsequent retraction. Computer is working on it. Meanwhile, the latest communique indicates 'publication in early 2010'... DO NOT DESPAIR....ends.”
Sept. 7, 2009: The release date for Destination: Moonbase Alpha - The Unofficial and Unauthorised Guide to SPACE: 1999 has been pushed back a couple of months - most likely to Early 2010. This is due to a couple of factors in play at Telos Publishing, including a general back-log of book releases, and has nothing to do with Destination: Moonbase Alpha - The Unofficial and Unauthorised Guide to SPACE: 1999 itself.
July 5, 2009: Prentis Hancock posted on his Facebook page: From MAIN MISSION: regarding recent signals from Deep Space and the resultant rumours. Computer confirms they herald the forthcoming arrival of a treasure-trove of a tome for all serious SPACE:1999 fans, experts, enthusiasts and buffs. Robert Wood's authoritatively researched work entitled 'Destination: Moonbase Alpha - The Unofficial and Unauthorised Guide to SPACE:1999' will be available soon. And very good it is too!”

June 14, 2009: Prentis Hancock posted on his Facebook page: from MAIN MISSION: signals continue to arrive concerning 'new writings' in space - not Meta but evidence indicates they are 'unofficial' ....”
June 9, 2009: Actor Prentis Hancock is posting on his Facebook page about Destination: Moonbase Alpha!
